Cancellation Policy: Play will go on rain, shine, cold or whatever unless the golf course closes. Please contact the course the event is being held at for any information about a weather cancellation. Full refunds will only be given if the event is not rescheduled. In the event of an unforeseen emergency, please notify the events chair of your situation and a refund will be issued for the full amount of the entry fee. Full refunds will be issued up until 7 days prior to any event! Unless the cancellation is for an unforeseen emergency, partial refunds of 75% of the event fee will be issued. At most, events we are under contract for the number of players attending. The 25% of the event fee not refunded will cover any costs incurred from the cancellation. |
